Nice shot. It looks like he has some type of small harnass on. All I have to say is I hope he started painting from the top down :)

Today a man was painting the flag pole in front of St. Patrick Church on Oak Hill Avenue.   Summit Academy, formerly St. Patrick School, is in the background.  How did he get up there?  The rope in the picture is for the flag.
