Grey iron and ductile iron castings up to 100 pounds using green sand and no bake molding methods.  My main lines of work seem to be reproduction castings for antique equipment collectors and mill guides for steel mills.

What exactly do you cast at your foundry?

Rick Rowlands

When I started my foundry in Sharon earlier this year my goal was to eventually move it to the city.  Well, I've made a deal to buy a building and will be moving the foundry to Youngstown over the summer.  Its just a one man shop now with my wife helping when she can, but if things continue and I stay busy I expect to start hiring soon.  I'm extremely busy and can barely keep up with the demand.
