Water from the spring on Parnell

If this is the same spring I remember it was an artesion well fed. So it is cleaned by natural filtering.

I used to work with my uncles tree service and when we were in the area we would stop to get a nice cold drink from a small pump fountain that was there.

Can anyone still just come up and get a drink?
