Why not Youngstown????

Dennis can't understand that there are limits to govt.  He thinks govt. is all powerful, omnipotent and all encompassing.

Dennis, you keep asking "Why not Youngstown, totally ignoring the fact that the city simply doesn't have the money to impliment the things you want.

"We are a city that has lost a lot of the resources that we had, the financial resources," said John Swierz, Youngstown 7th Ward Councilman.  "That makes it very very difficult. I don't think there is one member of council, or the administration, that doesn't want to see things better, and that's now. However, the reality is, we have to work within the confines that we have, both monetary resources, and physical resources of employees in the city."

And neither does Uncle Sam.
