IIRC, they were up and functional for less than a year, taken down and shipped to the manufacturer for a recall of some sorts, and reinstalled before one of them fell.

That's nice. How much did it cost? Who paid for it? And, how much is the return on investment?

I can't remember whether it was in the Trib, or Vindy, but there was a "blurb" that told of a coming article that said Lordstown's wind turbine cost $130,000 and has saved the Village only about $117 so far. Did anyone see it?
