Here are the Youngstown city ordinances.  See if you can find this new ordinance in that jumble.

I can see regulating the peddlers who roam the streets, but if collateral damage are the farmers market vendors I agree it will be another obstruction to progress in the City.

Does the new vendor ordinance in the city of Youngstown apply to the vendors at the North Side and Downtown Farmers' Markets?

If so, it will kill these Farmers' Markets.
