Could someone from the Garden District attend this auction and report back with the final selling price?

We have a website with a fairly up-to-date list of houses and business properties available in our neighborhood.  We provide the link to artists who express an interest in our neighborhood.  We don't want to make the site available to the public, because it could make the vacant houses, and neighboring houses, targets for crime.

Unfortunately, we're finding that most artists: 1. want to rent, (and we have a very small supply of houses for rent) and 2. want a small house or apartment.  I just heard back from an artist this evening who passed on a 900s.f., 2 bedroom house, because it was too large for her.  As far as I know, this is the smallest residence currently for rent in the neighborhood. :(
Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.

I passed a house in the 100 block of S. Belle Vista today.  The home is up for absolute auction on Thursday, August 12.

Has the Garden District alerted artists of this immanent sale?  It might sell at a reasonable price.
