New Restaurant Coming To The North Side

By planning definition, Wood St. is the North Side.  However, I consider the central district to be defined as the Madison Ave. Expressway to Front St. (north to south) and Belmont to Andrews or Wilson Ave. (East to West)...and the "downtown proper" as Commerce to Front St.  Again, just my interpretation.

I always thought that the downtown area extended from Rayen Avenue to Ridge north to south and where Himrod and Wilson meet to North Avenue east and west.
