No that is not what that means!  The results were skewed by inclusion of socioeconomic factors, which can be cured by the enactment of the Return to Free Enterprise and Capitalism for All Act!

The Vindy reported on the front page a study saying that healthcare in the valley was lacking.

That's why we need the Healthcare for All Ohioans Act!
