The WRTA has to do a better job keeping its bus rider shelters free of snow.  This particular shelter is used by several older women who use a cart to take groceries on the bus for the ride back to their homes.  At a minimum, a path should have been shoveled from the back parking lot to the shelter and from the shelter to the street in front.
