The Garden District Neighborhood meeting will be on November 16, 6:30 pm, in the Davis Center Fellows Riverside Gardens. Our Speaker will be Maureen O'Neil, the Rental Property Registration Administrator, with The City of Youngstown. The meeting is open to the public and anyone with questions about the rental Property Registration is encouraged to attend.
Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.
