Well, at least he's not working for us.

It will give him a huge voice since WTAM blankets a huge swath of eatern U.S.

And I agree that as time passes, he may very well be associated with Cleveland for those outside Northeast Ohio.

It all depends upon what he says and how the media covers him.

Good, maybe if we're lucky his name will become more connected with cleveland and less so with the Mahoning Valley.

Jimbo lands job at WTAM a 50,000-watt station in Cleveland.

For those in the know to land a job on a station like WTAM, even a part time job is almost impossible for a beginner who usually starts out on a small station like WASN and works up over years to the big time, so Jim stands a good chance of moving from part time to full time depending on his Arbatron ratings.

If he can snag high ratings in Cleveland, it could lead to syndication.

WTAM is located at 1100 on the AM dial and is a clear channel station which means that it sits alone at that dial position. It is owned by Clear Channel Communications which also owns WKBN.

The show will be aired Saturdays in the 1 p.m. from 4 p.m time slot.
