Well, my time in Youngstown is up for this trip... I'm sorry I wasn't able to orchestrate
a get together at the house, I just have too much going on right now.  I did, however,
get to meet quite a few people from the neighborhood this time around - and I was
able to volunteer for some Wick Park area cleanup projects.

Greg Ricker and his wife came by this evening and picked up a copy of the photos and video
footage of the fire on DVD - nice to meet both of you in person.

Tyler and Phil..great to meet both of you, too.... you're both hitting hard and trying to
make a difference in the neighborhood.  There are lots of others in the neighborhood
who genuinely care about the park, and the area surrounding it.

WestSider, Rick, nice to finally meet both of you.  Hopefully, I'll have more time on
my next trip - I still want to photograph the Tod Engine project for the website.

I'll be updating the web site with new photos when I get back to Maryland...and I'll
put up the video clips I've taken of the arson on Pennsylvania and the Wick Park
Neighborhood Arson meeting at the Unitarian Church, as well as the photos from
the cleanup and progress photos with the project at the house.

Just FYI, I was told that Jim Converse is putting together a pot luck dinner for us when we do the clean up/board up on the 5th.

I am back in town for the next few weeks, to work on my rehab project on
Woodbine Avenue, and while I'm here I would like to have a pot luck dinner
party and meet more of the folks here on the board, and also from some of
the various neighborhood organizations, etc.

There are a lot of good folks on this board, and up until the other day
(Wick Park arson meeting) I never had the opportunity to meet any of
you face to face.

I'd like everyone who is interested in coming to the dinner to send me a
private email and let me know what would be a good day to do this - I'll
get a general consensus from everyone and try to schedule it for a day
when the majority of folks can make it.

I really look forward to meeting more of you, and would like to show
everyone the house - beyond the photos I've put on the web site.

I look forward to hearing from all of you who might be interested...
