Oakland Auditions - November 9 & 10

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

YOUNGSTOWN, OH – The Oakland Center for the Arts announces auditions for its annual Holiday hit fundraising show, How the Drag Queen Stole Christmas, on Monday, November 9 and Tuesday, November 10, at 8:00 pm both nights. Actors should be prepared to dance and do movement as well as sing. CD accompaniment is permitted but acapella auditions will also be accepted. No piano accompaniment will be provided.

The show, written and directed by Robert Dennick Joki, will run December 4, 5, 11, and 12 at 8:00 pm with a special midnight show on December 12. Rehearsals begin November 16 and will take place Monday through Friday from 8-10 pm nightly through December 3.
