Street Flower Pots on Rayen Avenue

Accidents happen, especially when big chunks of cement(?) are painted black and put in the middle of a street lane.

Unfortunately I think this was done on purpose because if it was an accident the driver's lawyer would already have started a lawsuit against the city

Some of these flower pots have been destroyed already.

I've noticed numerous flower pots have been installed in the turning lane of Rayen Avenue near the YSU/Wick Avenue area.

What is this all about?
