A little more information

The woman trying to board the bus did not want to fold up her baby stroller.

WRTA policy requires strollers to be folded to reduce its space on the bus.

Saturday, June 22

The situation turned ugly on the inbound 4-Steel bus this afternoon.

The bus driver got into a heated argument with a person trying to board the bus.  The Youngstown Police Department had to be called.

Because of this delay, several riders missed their connecting bus at the downtown WRTA Federal Station.
