Lawn Maintenance (moved from original classifeds)

I'm looking for a youngster to mow my lawn in Youngstown OH, on a regular basis,
and for a reasonable price.

My home sits on a 50'x150' corner lot on the corner of Himrod and Bruce Street
(my house takes up a good portion.)

I would like you to use a mulching mower, or a mower with a bag, so no clumps
of grass
are left behind.

I'm in the process of trying to sell my home in Youngstown, and would like it to
look nice for potential buyers.
You must be willing to except a check or money order through the mail.
I'm currently out of state, but I have a friend who is watching over my home
in Youngstown OH while I'm gone. He is an apartment dweller and does not have access
to a lawn mower.
