Youngstown-Girard-Niles-Warren bus service

While attending the Grey to Green Festival at Wick Park recently, I overheard a woman from Warren, Ohio talking about a committee whose goal is to restore fixed route bus service to the City of Warren.

 ???I thought there may have been some talk between Trumbull county and WRTA to return Youngstown-Warren bus service.Maybe Niles-Trumbull Transit could do it instead of WRTA? Maybe it could be routed differently to stop at training centers like One Stop, or Burdman's Pine Industries. Any comments?
