Well whoever is actually running this country viewed her as the perfect person to bring back. It (she) gets extra points for being in at least three minority categories, woman (maybe), lgbtq*******, african American. There were also points given for disrespecting the country she had done so very well in (USA).  I really hope that one is still a minority category but the way the left has been since the summer of 2015, it may not be that way any more
