williams made a public campaign promise at all of the debates during the mayoral race 2005 that he would have a forensics audit of ALL city hall's depts. so far he has not lived up to one of many of his campaign promises.

The city could use the benefit of an independent, outside auditor to go through
their books and "find the pork" (ie: start bean counting and look for waste,
redundant expenditures, etc)

About five city mowing tractors traveled through the neighborhood cutting vacant lots.

This Week
A private contractor, hired by the city, was cutting some of the same lots.
