Yesterday I was driving on Rt 422 by the mills and decided to head north on Gypsy Lane.

I noticed some type of excavation taking place just south of the intersection of Gypsy Lane and the 711 on ramp.  There were several large piles of stuff.  It almost looked as though they were mining the hillside.

Does anyone know what is taking place here?
