Free to the public! Kids and Family come down to celebrate the Fall Equinox on Phelps Street! In Association with the Downtown Youngstown Partnership, please join us for games, prizes, face painting, music, and even a spelling bee! An all ages event, alcohol-free. Guests can have a drink inside any of the fantastic restaurants on Federal and Phelps. Yes, Oktoberfest is celebrated in September, it took us a minute too 🙂
