There Could Have Been A Head-on Collision

Raccoon Road between Austintown Twp. and Canfield Twp.

I was driving south and realized a car was suddenly passing me on the left.  The road is marked with a double yellow line because we were heading up to the crest of a hill.  This is what frightened me.  The driver of the other car had no idea if car heading north was on the other side of the hill.
  There could have been a head-on collision.
