Kind of a small crowd at the town hall meeting last night. Probably due to the power outages.  Thanks to all that attended (in the dark).  The Public Works Department will review all of the comments received last night and work with the Councilman to make a decision on Kirk Road speed limit.  Also we will continue to take comments by Fax-330-742-8807, Mail -26 S Phelps St. Yo, OH 44503, or Email- cshasho@cityofyoungstownoh.com, for a couple more weeks.  If you have any questions regarding the idea of lowering the speed limit on Kirk Rd. to 25 MPH feel free to call my office.
