What street is this on?

Everyone should be made aware so if they are driving down that road they can keep an eye out.

A resident on the west side set up a play set in his yard.  The home is on a street with houses very close to the street.

Here are the problems.

The sliding board on the play set is positioned with the bottom of the slide at the curb.  A child coming down the slide lands on hard pavement and also ends up in the street where he/she could be hit by a car.
