Library's New Rule.

I'm kinda surprised this is even a thing.  For as much as the library computers are used by kiddos to endlessly play games, it should have been done at least a couple years ago.

The library system limits a patron to a one hour visit.  No more hanging out in the library to keep cool in the summer
