Expenditure Per Student, Youngstown City schools

[Why?Town]

Someone in the local city schools, I don't remember who exactly, said that was way too high but , maybe I still don't remember exactly, the real number was closer too $12,000. Whatever the exact numbers are, it's still way higher that other local schools and far from  getting their moneys worth.
