Restaurants will be opening up later this week.

I just realized that a waitress/waiter will take on the duties of a health care worker.  He/she will be responsible for our health protection in the delivery of food to our table in a restaurant.  Masks and gloves will be worn.  Extra precautions will have to be taken to prevent cross-contamination.
