The building was demolished.

They must have put down some grass seed on part of the property.  Straw is scattered in the area where the building had been before.

Just heard this on the TV news

The former McDonalds on Mahoning Avenue in Youngstown will soon be demolished.

This restaurant has been closed for many years.
