No Library And No Swimming Pool

i thought since the williams has more control over the p/r board/dept through the charter change, he promised he would make this dept to its residence. iwasthere would like to see a complete audit of this dept to assure the funds are spent accordingly to the dept's mission statement.

Can the City really afford to continue to operate pools?  They must be extemely expensive to maintain. It doesn't seem like a very good use of taxpayer money when there are so many other pressing needs for the money.

First west side residents learned that their only public library was scheduled to close.

Today west side residents learned that Borts Pool will not open this year.
