Unmanned garbage truck smashes into car, sending it into Leetonia home

An unmanned garbage truck took off down a hill, smashing into a car and sending it into a Leetonia home. Police Chief Allen Haueter says it happened sometime after noon at the top of the hill on Oak Street. According to Haueter, the driver of the truck says he got out of it to load some garbage when it took off. He told officials he did put the emergency brake on.
