'Great' 1919 strike forged long-term gains for labor

Timothy A. Seman, genealogy and local history librarian at the main branch of the Public Library of Youngstown & Mahoning County, stands beside some of the stacks with which he is so familiar. Seman was a major source of information for this story about the strikes of 1919 that occurred around Labor Day that year.
