Valley Congressman and presidential candidate Tim Ryan is calling to have a climate debate in Youngstown. Rep. Ryan sent a release on Saturday to invite other candidates to Northeast Ohio to have the debate in front of audience members from industrial belt communities who he says want to know how climate change and green energy plans could impact them.
