Repairs set to begin in Kinsman

Crews will soon begin working to repair parts of Kinsman where a major flood left dozens displaced from their homes. Work is set to get underway Monday.  Deputy Trumbull County engineer Gary Shaffer tells 21 News, crews will demolish a home that suffered serious damage in that area and then start repairing the causeway in that home's neighborhood.
