Youngstown police identify latest homicide victim

Youngstown police have identified a victim from a fatal shooting that happened Thursday afternoon. Police say that 30-year-old Damon Sims was found outside of his residence with multiple gunshot wounds.  Sims was transported to St. Elizabeth Youngstown, where he was pronounced dead. Police were dispatched to the 400 block of West Marion Avenue around 1:25 p.m on Thursday.  Youngstown police and the Mahoning County Coroner are still investigating. No arrests have be...
