Youngstown man indicted after 8-week-old son's death ruled homicide

A 29-year-old man is indicted for the death of his son after the Mahoning County Coroner ruled the eight-week-old's death a homicide.  Xavier Richardson has been indicted by a Mahoning County grand jury for one count of aggravated murder, two counts of murder, one count of felonious assault and one count of domestic violence.  Richardson had been charged with murder back in March, but prosecutors withdrew the charges in May saying they wanted to wait until the coroner...
