I've just had it explained to me by someone living in a drug infested neighborhood.  The drug pushers know that the law enforcement task force make raids on Tuesdays.  So on Tuesdays the druggies disappear for the day or make sure all the drugs are removed from their dwellings.

        I believe you are referring to the fact that one of the multiple level of YPD or Mahoning Valley Task forces  go out in the city and county and do their sweeps, raids, or arrests.

Has anyone heard of the Youngstown street jargon term "Task Force Tuesday?"
