Two-year-old found alone in East Liverpool

The East Liverpool Police Department is trying to find the parents of a toddler found wandering alone on Thompson Avenue Saturday morning.  The boy is approximately two-years-old and has very short brown hair.  The boy was found with a Mickey Mouse diaper on. The police department is asking anyone with any possible information to please call. The East Liverpool Police Department's number is 330-385-1234.
