Bridge repairs after Kinsman flooding could begin next week

Construction in Trumbull County to rebuild a bridge ripped away during devastating flooding last month, that left dozens of people isolated from their homes, could begin as early as next week. But some of the nearly $2 million needed to make the repairs are still in limbo.
