PSP investigating after 100-ft water tank collapses, kills worker

Pennsylvania State Police are investing after a Michigan man hired to take apart 100-foot water tank was killed after a piece of it fell on him.  According to the report, 31-year-old Zachary Jock was trapped under the water tank after a metal wall collapsed on him, entrapping him and causing severe injury.  Police say that Jock was then transported to UPMC Jameson where he died from his injuries.  The accident happened on Tuesday afternoon ar...
