Construction begins for Warren splash pad

Warren welcomes its first municipal splash pad to the city. Ground was broken on the recreational water feature directly behind the Packard Music Hall.  Warren officials tell 21 News that the splash pad will bring water recreation to the city for the first time since the city's community pool closed 30-years-ago.  Warren's Director of Community Development, Michael Keys, says that the city wants to create the splash pad so that kids, parents and the community can come out...
