Two arrested in Mill Creek Park on drug charges

Two were arrested by Mill Creek Metroparks police after they were found with suspected cocaine and oxycodone.  25-year-old Victor Slocum and 36-year-old Rachel Cassidy were arrested on drug charges after they were found in Mill Creek Park after hours.  On July 28 just after 11:30 pm police pulled over Slocum and Cassidy because they were spotted in a parked vehicle near the Ford Nature Center after hours.  According to the report, police walk...
