68-year-old arrested after giving note to child in Perkins Park

A man was arrested after a family at a Warren park say he handed their 12-year-old boy a note, believing he was allegedly trying to have sex with the child for money.  Police arrested 68-year-old Carroll Leon Bruton, Junior, of Warren Friday on a charge of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.
