Mahoning Co. has more Move Over citations in state for second year in a row

State troopers issued more citations in Mahoning County than in any other county in Ohio during a six-day crackdown on drivers who fail to move over when approaching ODOT trucks, fire trucks, ambulances, police cars and other vehicles displaying flashing lights.
