MCCTC breaks ground on $1.1M fire training facility

Andy Frost II, Austintown fire chief, discusses the $1.1 million Mahoning County Career and Technical Center fire training facility, an idea he worked on with his father, when his father was the township fire chief. The groundbreaking for the new facility was Tuesday.
