Victim identified in deadly Lawrence County hit-and-run crash

A woman has died after a hit-and-run crash in Taylor Township just after 11 pm on Sunday night.  Authorities say that the woman died from her injuries on Tuesday evening.  New Castle Police are still investigating the crash but say they have a person of interest in the hit-and-run accident.  According to police, the woman was getting out of a car on Center Avenue near Seventh Street in Taylor Township when she was struck by a commercial vehicle.  The victi...
