Temp. restraining order issued against some Valley Perkins

A temporary restraining order has been issued against a franchisee that owns nine Valley Perkins.  The ruling means 5171 Campbells Land Co., Inc. (CLC) can no longer operate the restaurants they own as a Perkins.  It includes CLC's restaurant locations in Niles, New Castle, Canfield, Greenville, Grove City, Hermitage, Warren, Boardman and Austintown.
