Youngstown duo accused of trafficking child held without bond

A Youngstown duo accused of trafficking an 8-year-old girl for sex will remain jailed without bond. Victoria Gregory, 36, and Mark Burney, 53, appeared in court Tuesday for their arraignments. Gregory is charged with three counts of rape, trafficking in persons and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.  Burney, who is accused of having sex with the child, is also facing three counts of rape.
