YPD: Woman charged with arson after lighting shirt on fire in police cruiser

Police say Hudson set her shirt on fire with a lighter while inside the cruiser. Officers are unsure of where Hudson was hiding the lighter as she was only wearing the t-shirt and no underwear or bra.
