Niles School Board places treasurer on leave

The Niles School Board voted to place the district's current treasurer on "unrequested leave of absence" during an emergency board meeting Monday afternoon.  The votes to place current treasurer, Lori Hudzik, on leave and appoint Lori Simione as Treasurer Pro Tempore were both passed unanimously and are effective immediately.  Niles School District Superintendent, Ann Marie Thigpen, tells 21 News, the action will allow the district to move forward ...
